Allow Sufficient Time
Your initial appointment will take approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your selected lash style.
Tip: If you currently have lash extensions, please inform us in advance so we can allocate additional time for removal.
Arrive with a Clean Face
To ensure optimal results, please arrive with no eye makeup. Refrain from applying sunscreen or moisturizer around the eye area. Do not curl your lashes or wear mascara.
Tip: Avoid using waterproof mascara for 2–3 days before your appointment, as it can leave a residue that affects lash retention.
Remove Contact Lenses
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your appointment or bring a pair of glasses to wear afterward.
Prepare to Relax
Avoid consuming caffeine before your appointment, as it may make it difficult to remain still during the lash application process.
What to Expect
Upon arrival, please check in for your appointment and complete the required consent form electronically. Your lash stylist will then escort you to a private treatment room and assist you in selecting the perfect lash style. You will relax on a cushioned massage table under a cozy velour blanket while your stylist meticulously applies each lash extension, one by one.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking:
Appointments may be booked at any time, based on availability.
Deposit:
A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service price, and the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late Cancellation / No-Show:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in the loss of your $30 deposit.
